DOING OUR PART

We at Cielo Costa are passionate about the communities in which we work and live. We regularly donate funds to local charities but we’d like to take it one step further in 2022.

We know how technology can unlock success for many businesses and this is no different for charities, not for profit and third sector organisations. Technology plays a huge part in productivity, efficiency, business processes and communication. Whether it be internal processes, management of funders and donations or external contributors, website enhancements and developments or overall asset, broadcast and publicity automation.

As part of our commitment for 2022 we will be gifting 6 days of consultancy time in Q1 2022.

If we gift you some of this time, it can be used to acquire help from our developers, project managers, designers, business analysts, testers or our platform specialists. We will discuss the challenge you have with you and provide the time and support to help unpick the problem, build or tweak the tech solution and test the fix to ensure it’s fit for purpose.

We will be gifting our time to a range of charities and if you’d like to submit your request for help we will put you into a priority waiting list, so we can allocate the appropriate time and resource when it’s available.

We won’t be able to fulfil every request but we feel a priority list of requests is the fairest way and as and when we can allocate the time and resource we will do so.

We are passionate people who care about finding the right solutions for our customers and partners.
