In the fast-paced and highly competitive retail sector, Cielo Costa is working with Dixons Carphone to implement digital innovation as the famous British company rebrands to Currys Plc.

One of the projects we have delivered for Currys is a tracking and auditing system to keep tabs on the location and condition of thousands of PIN pads, or PIN entry devices (PEDs), across stores. The retail asset tracker not only reduces paperwork and the chance of a faulty PIN pad going undetected – it is also able to accommodate new types of devices as they come onto the market.

Business Growth Fund (BGF) came to us with a problem that two technology companies had dismissed as insurmountable. The Barclays-backed independent investment company wanted to integrate their CRM platform with SharePoint to create a customised, automatically synced system for managing their large volume of client files. 

The project was a huge undertaking, requiring the migration of millions of documents, but we did it, making it far easier for BGF staff to collaborate, edit and keep track of files across their 16 offices in the UK and Ireland.
