Requirements, plan & design

Every good project begins with setting a clear direction and articulating what you want to achieve.
Articulate what functionality is needed and the relative business value of each feature. In an Agile project, we capture these on a backlog.
Work out the details needed to deliver the key features. These are often in the form of user stories.
Who are the different types of users that will use the product? What will this product mean to them? Prototypes help to accelerate the design.
Develop & release
We get to work building robust solutions tailored to you.
The design, estimates, and delivery plan are baselined during a client kick-off meeting.
Delivery assurance is provided through the use of daily project progress and exception calls, weekly product demonstrations and weekly reporting through status checkpoints.
Build sprints of 2-4 weeks reaffirm the backlog priorities and deliver a set of features.
Once ready, hands-on client testing and ideas sessions refine the product. Documentation and user training is completed ahead of go-live.
Support & improvement
On-board new users and support business change activities to drive usage and engagement with the new product.
Our service desk provides a point-of- contact for your users and works seamlessly with your own organisation’s support function to answer queries and resolve incidents.
Periodic releases will eliminate any bugs that may have escaped detection and add enhancements that have been agreed with you.
