This client of ours is at the forefront of promoting and enforcing the highest industry standards world-wide through more than 100,000 professionals – yet its survey reporting tool, an important revenue source, was out-of-date and not particularly user-friendly.
INTUITIVE FINANCE SOLUTIONS:
Simple interface – We listened. We worked in partnership to build a solution which fits seamlessly with their website and interfaces, to enable surveyors to file their property reports while out on the job, at the touch of a button. Initially built for desktops, we are developing a second version for use with phones and tablets.
Standard Templates – The user is greeted with a simple list of templates from which they can choose which report they need to create from Level 1 to 3, depending on the level of detail required from the survey. Using configurable fields for the form, it’s a straight-forward process to upload all the information required, including photos, fully formatted text and supporting details.
Standardised Reports – The result is a standardised report guaranteed to comply with the clients existing Home Survey Standard. Once generated, all reports are searchable and tagged with the property location and date, making it easy to retrieve information at a later date.
Delivery – This sizable solution was delivered in nine months – on time and on budget – and we could not have been more pleased when it received a resounding 9 out of 10 for client satisfaction from both the product owner and the project manager.
